Our team of experts is dedicated to providing personalized support, expert advice, and cutting-edge technology to help businesses thrive. **Job Summary** As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. You'll be knowledgeable in all areas of the Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping.
