Our mission is to create an environment where our team members can grow, learn, and succeed, while delivering exceptional service to our clients. **Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for servicing multi-state clients, including coverage and risk analysis, endorsement activity, billing questions, problem-solving, and renewal processing. You'll provide professional, accurate, and timely assistance while building relationships with clients and the carrier to ensure client satisfaction.
