**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, utilizing our guided process and CRM system to log each call and gather customer information. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, de-escalate conflicts, and provide exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, utilizing our guided process and CRM system
* Gather and verify customer information, documenting it in the appropriate system
* Resolve customer issues, de-escalate conflicts, and provide exceptional service
* Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Utilize technology to interact with customers, including our CRM system and other tools
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate conflicts
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Ability to navigate multiple systems with your computer, including our CRM system
* Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous call center experience, preferably in a remote work environment
* Basic technical support experience, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
* Experience working with CRM systems and other customer service software
**Job Requirements**
* Must be available to train on weekdays, with training taking place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
* Must have open availability 24/7 to work shifts inside our company's hours of operation
* Attendance is vital, with a strong emphasis on punctuality and reliability
* A quiet place to work at home with a locked door, free from distractions and background noise

**Pay and Benefits**
* Pay rate: $13.00-$15.00 hourly, depending on experience
