**Key Responsibilities**
As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels
* Assisting customers with product inquiries, order entry, and invoicing using our provided systems and programs
* Providing accurate availability, pricing, and shipping information
* Checking figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
* Debit, credit, and reconcile accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases using our accounting software
* Utilizing our CRM program to record quotes, sales, enter AP / AR, and analyze information
* Complying with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
* Operating calculators, computers/keyboards, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents
* Executing marketing outreach projects via USPS, email, and targeted customer calling
* Assisting with preparation of trade shows and materials
* Generating and organizing mailing lists using known client lists and trade show mailing lists
* Generating call lists based on recent quotes and absence of sales
* Traveling up to 20% to client visits and product showcases
* Performing other duties and projects assigned by the corporate management team
**Additional Duties**

**Qualification Requirements**
