As an In-Studio Game Presenter (Live Chat Agent Alternative), you will be responsible for presenting our casino games live on-camera, engaging with players, and providing an exceptional gaming experience. * Present our casino games live on-camera, interacting with players and providing an exceptional gaming experience
* Engage with players, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our games, rules, and features
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
* Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
* Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
* At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
* Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
**Physical Functions:**
* Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
* Repeated use of both hands and arms
* Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
* Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
* Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
* Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
* Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
