**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, finding innovative ways to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns.
* **Calmly Resolving Issues**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
* **Escalating Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* **Responding to Requests**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
* **Tracking Call Information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Providing Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues.
* **Upselling**: Upsell if required.
**Qualifications**

* **Ability to Work Remotely**: Work effectively in a virtual team environment.

**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need:
* **Internet Connection**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
* **ISP Requirements**: Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
