**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Strategic Customer Representative to join our Industrial Climate Control division, covering the Western Gulf Coast territory. As a Strategic Customer Representative, you will be responsible for increasing market share within a select group of customers and high-profile job sites. This will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Rent specialty HVAC products and solutions to Industrial, Manufacturing, and Petrochemical Market Segments
* Manage customer relationships and account development, including identifying new customers and reviewing customer accounts with accounts receivable on a monthly basis
* Serve in a leadership/mentor capacity to the OSR sales force, making office and field visits to build on or create new relationships
* Discuss upcoming jobs and equipment requirements with customers, assist in the bidding process, and act as a resource for local and national information
* Investigate and resolve any issues, including contract, invoice, service, etc.
* Meet with customers to identify their needs and review their accounts with accounts receivable on a monthly basis
* Work alongside colleagues from all arenaflex divisions to enhance the customer experience and leverage internal customer relationships
**Requirements**
* At least four years of previous sales management experience, preferably in the construction or HVAC industry
* Knowledge of construction & maintenance phases & schedules, Power & HVAC equipment applications, and industry trends
* HVAC sales and/or rental experience is a plus
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as effective supervisory skills
* Ability to lift, bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, and kneel
* Computer literate, including Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office suite of products
**Preferred Qualifications**
* District Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales and Marketing Vice President, Sales Director, Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, Sales Vice President, or Store Manager experience
* Related experience in the construction, manufacturing, or petrochemical industries

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Total compensation package includes base pay plus robust commission plan
* Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
