The Stage Designing Team The Stage Designing team at Wayfair is responsible for the core innovations that underlie a bleeding-edge e-commerce and outstanding client experience, from order handling and planned operations enhancement to AI and artificial intelligence. Our team is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and inquisitive Item Manager who is eager to assist us with scaling our information stage designing practice. Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and help us develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business value. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software applications that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own item system, development and guides that help the Stage Designing team within the comprehensive Tech Change objective. Collaborate with business partners including Retail facade, ManTech, Worldwide Provider Tech, Evaluating Tech, and partner groups in Framework, Stages, and AI to understand their organizations and co-foster effective solutions that drive key business value. Utilize coordinated cycles to collaborate with collaborating groups to execute the guide. Convey and advance the item vision and progress throughout Wayfair including senior partners and Innovation leaders. Create and screen OKRs for key item drives and ensure alignment with partner targets. Work with management to improve item art and cycles throughout your workgroup. What You'll Need To be successful in this role, you'll need: Experience in building software products or systems at scale with measurable impact and preferably across multiple stages or work streams. Foundation at scale from idea to launch and beyond. Education to participate in making key decisions along with effectively communicating with technical partners like Designing. Excellent communication and partner management skills at the senior partner level. A positive, people-oriented, and collaborative attitude. A mindset that pushes through issues with clever fixes and constancy, while keeping a beauty under-tension disposition. Favored Capabilities We're looking for candidates with: Capability, knowledge, and experience in adoption and utilizing cloud-native innovation in large-scale associations (AWS, Azure, or GCP, with preference to experience with GCP). Four-year degree in Designing, as well as training or experience in a technical field (Data Designing, Data Science, Research, etc). MBA/Graduate degree in administration. About Wayfair Inc.
