Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Retail Strategic Health Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with business partners to develop analytics strategies that address business priorities, leveraging predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and metric evaluation to drive insights and inform business decisions. Own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products that drive business outcomes. Use robust data in algorithms and predictive models to advocate approaches, identify issues, uncover patterns, and propose solutions that drive business impact. Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to resolve complex business problems using advanced statistical methods and mathematical analyses, and leverage deep knowledge of the business and/or industry. Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to communicate and interpret analytics results and solutions to business stakeholders. Utilize robust programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms, including structured and unstructured data. Required Qualifications 3+ years of relevant analytic experience, with a strong track record of delivering business impact through data-driven insights. Experience programming using R or Python, with a strong understanding of data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. Experience in SQL, with a strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and query optimization. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to communicate technical ideas and implications to business stakeholders, with a strong track record of influencing business decisions through data-driven insights. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and prevent issues and roadblocks before they occur. Deep knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages, with the ability to research and analyze large datasets from multiple data sources. Strong mathematical and statistical skills, with expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling, and a deep specialization in one or more areas. Education We require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
