**Job Summary**
As an IT Service Desk Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional customer service to our employees, partners, and vendors. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, documenting incidents, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide first-level technical support to employees, partners, and vendors via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
* Document incidents, including root cause analysis and resolution steps
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Develop and maintain relationships with second and third-level IT teams, vendors, and customers
* Participate in continuous improvement activities, including process enhancements and tool upgrades
* Provide detailed documentation of technical issues, investigation steps, and related information in a tagging/global positioning framework
* Meet or exceed performance targets for availability, productivity, quality, and service
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Positive, mature, and professional attitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and within time limitations
* Remarkable hard working attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
* Intermediate to advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Google Applications, AS400, and other relevant tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Past experience in retail operations or IT-related field
* Experience using a tagging/global positioning framework
* Knowledge of and experience with Google Applications, AS400, and other relevant tools
* Past Service Desk experience or IT-related degree(s) or certification(s)
