Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Clinical Health Services Administration team in a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities Carries out clinical strategies and techniques as per relevant administrative and licensure norms (e.g., NCQA, URAC, state and government guidelines and regulations as appropriate) Acts as a subject matter expert and coach to the team regarding practice guidelines, quality of interventions, issue resolution, and decisive reasoning Ensures execution and monitoring of best practice approaches and developments to better address the part's needs across the continuum of care May serve as a liaison with other key business areas May create/assist in development and/or audit new training content May collaborate/conduct internal and intra-departmental training courses Safeguards the privacy of patient data and adheres to organization policies regarding confidentiality Oversees assets responsible for identification of individuals, development and execution of care plans, enhancement of clinical appropriateness, and quality of care, and monitoring, assessing, and recording of care Assesses and interprets information, identifies areas of improvement, and focuses on interventions to improve outcomes Creates, initiates, assesses, monitors, and communicates performance expectations Ensures the team's understanding and utilization of data system functionality and effectiveness Participates in the recruitment and hiring process for staff involving clearly defined requirements regarding education, experience, technical, and performance abilities Evaluates developmental needs and collaborates with others to identify and implement action plans that support the development of high-performing teams Lays out a climate and work style that promotes the concept of collaboration, cross-functional integration, and continuum of care feeling that results in strong performance Consistently demonstrates the ability to act as a model change agent and lead change efforts Establishes a positive work environment by recognizing team contributions, soliciting feedback, and offering individual support when required Responsible for maintaining consistency with policies and procedures and executes them at the representative level Discusses actually with Suppliers, Individuals, Staff, and other Leaders (e.g., may offer support to the sales staff and organization staff through on-site client visits as well as presentations) Required Capabilities We're looking for candidates with the following capabilities: 3+ years in clinical subject matter Active and unrestricted RN or LCSW licensure in the state of residence Preferred Capabilities We're also looking for candidates with the following preferred capabilities: Managed government healthcare insight Confidence working from home/remote, utilizing tools to practically collaborate and connect with teams Education and Certification Requirements We require a graduate degree in a social health field or an Enrolled Nurse (BSN preferred). Compensation and Benefits The ordinary compensation range for this job is $70-$80 per year. This pay range addresses the base hourly rate or base yearly full-time compensation for all situations in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base compensation offer will depend on various factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant variables. This position is eligible for a CVS Wellbeing reward, commission, or temporary incentive program in addition to the base compensation range listed above.
