**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights. You will work closely with our Quality Control Standards and Analytics team to identify areas of improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and implement process enhancements. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components
* Help with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders
* Assist with exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities
* Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding
* Help with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements
* Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team
* Assess effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors
* Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
* May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration)
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets with precision and accuracy
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong understanding of data representation tools and capabilities, such as Alteryx, QuickBase, or similar technologies
* Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning
* Experience with PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is a plus
* Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is a plus
* Ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-focused environment
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration)
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
* Experience with data mining, machine learning, or predictive analytics
* Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js
* Strong understanding of data representation tools and capabilities, such as Alteryx, QuickBase, or similar technologies
* Ability to design and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes and outcomes
