Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat Help customers prepare their tax returns and resolve any related issues Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Offer additional products and/or services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Recent tax experience and a high school diploma or GED At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a smartphone Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing during the application process, with a work computer provided after the first day of training What's in It for You We significantly invest in our people, infrastructure, and capabilities to ensure long-term success for both our teams and our customers.
