**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Deliver exceptional customer service experiences consistently, resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and guidance as needed
* Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to provide informed support to customers
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
* Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
* Previous experience in a Call Center environment
* Familiarity with health insurance terminology and regulations
* Spanish Bilingual a plus
