**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve efficiency goals and identify opportunities for sales growth

* Developing a positive team culture by promptly addressing individual and wellness issues
* Implementing adherence to arenaflex policies and procedures among all team members

* Maintaining office and display area standards in accordance with the brand, ensuring team members comply with arenaflex's dress code and training regulations
* Practicing cost-awareness to control store costs, consistently seeking ways to reduce expenses
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:
* A four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a proven track record of meeting and exceeding objectives
* Self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional leadership and training abilities
* A dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales activities
* The ability to foster collaborative relationships as a well-respected and trusted partner
* Excellent time management and composed and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment
* A valid driver's license
