Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers and patients by providing high-quality healthcare services, innovative products, and exceptional customer experiences. **Job Summary** As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our healthcare professionals to resolve patient inquiries, answer medication-related questions, and provide support with prescription refills and other medical services. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers through phone, email, and chat * Answer medication-related questions and provide support with prescription refills and other medical services * Work closely with healthcare professionals to resolve patient inquiries and provide support with medical services * Enter patient and medication data into our electronic health record system * Investigate and resolve missing medication data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes) * Settle all data entry-related exceptions and resolve patient complaints in a timely and professional manner * Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages * Settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely * Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Essential web browsing skills, including: + Opening a program + Composing URLs in the right field + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing files * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing files * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $25-$35/Hour * Opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs * Collaborative and inclusive work environment **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
