Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional products and services that inspire people to explore the great outdoors. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Accounts Payable Manager to join our team and lead our Accounts Payable function. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for managing the organization's financial responsibilities and payment transactions. You'll work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing, and provide guidance on financial policies and procedures. Your expertise will help us maintain compliance with SOX regulations and ensure the integrity of our financial systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the organization's financial responsibilities and payment transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting. * Lead and supervise the execution of precise and convenient compromise of general record accounts, review plans, journal entries, and management reports. * Ensure SOX compliance and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. * Build, train, and develop the AP team to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy. * Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing. * Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions. * Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. * Provide guidance and support to other finance team members as needed. **Authority Assumptions** * Work with the highest level of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality, setting the standard for leaders and colleagues. * Create and support strong cross-functional relationships, driving business results and fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability. * Act as an arenaflex advocate in the business and marketplace. * Select, develop, and retain talent that delivers exceptional performance. * As a leader, embody the organization's culture, values, and standards. * Demonstrate the ability to balance assertiveness with a high level of congeniality, empowering and inspiring colleague input and collaboration. **Experience Required** * Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance. * 5+ years of experience in an influential position within Accounting or Finance. * Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing team. * Strong framework and computer skills, including Excel, general ledger, Infor Nexus, Infor Money, and SAP. * Strong foundation in international payment strategies. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a high-volume, dynamic work environment. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks. * Retail accounting experience an asset. * Travel may be required, based on business needs. * Adhere to standard in-office presence, including participating in face-to-face team communication, meetings, and collaboration. Work obligations may be performed remotely using the hybrid work program assigned by the organization. * Perform other duties as assigned by manager as the organization reserves the right to change duties to this position. * Must have approval to work in the US. **Compensation and Benefits** The compensation range for this position is $35-45 per year, depending on a few variables including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your compensation, arenaflex offers an benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with company match after 500 hours if age 21 or older, overtime pay, flexible plan for working, paid sick leave, and a generous employee discount program (all benefits subject to qualification).
