**Job Summary**
As an entry-level data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and managing data related to our logistics operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, using a variety of software applications and systems
* Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Assist with data analysis and reporting as required
* Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Prior experience in data entry, logistics, or a related field preferred
* Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator
* Basic written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to lift/carry hand freight of varying weights several times a week, to lift dock plates weighing approximately 100 pounds, and to open trailer doors requiring approximately 75 pounds of lift force, up to several times per day or more
* Ability to bend, twist, squat, pushing/pulling freight throughout shift
* Ability to work independently and/or as a team member
* Previous dock/warehouse experience preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data entry software applications and systems
* Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role

* Dock environment; exposure to varied weather conditions, exhaust, fumes, dust, noise
* Hours may vary due to operational need
