**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing data entry tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients. Your primary duties will include:
* Reaching out to clients to discuss end-of-term options and provide information on available services
* Processing data entry tasks, including logging and processing returned mail and titles
* Following up with clients to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolving any issues that may arise
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a diplomatic and professional manner
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Responsibilities**
* Sends welcome letters to new clients
* Contacts clients to discuss end-of-term options and provide information on available services
* Sets accurate and timely call back dates and statuses in the system
* Sends notification letters to clients regarding end-of-lease options
* Logs and processes returned mail and titles
* Follows up with clients to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolving any issues that may arise
* Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Provides exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a diplomatic and professional manner
* Collaborates with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participates in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Performs other related duties as assigned
