Position Overview
The Data Entry Clerk is a vital part of the Energy Services Programs team at arenaflex. This role supports the smooth functioning of the department by ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of digital and physical files. As a Data Entry Clerk, your contributions will help facilitate efficient service delivery and operational excellence, ultimately making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Maintain updated and accurate client records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. This includes ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that all changes are properly documented and recorded.
- Email and Communication Logging: Monitor emails and log relevant documents and communications in the Monday.com platform. This requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Database Systems Usage: Adhere to program guidelines for using required database systems, such as Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, and others. This includes staying up-to-date on new systems and technologies, and being able to learn and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- File Organization: Ensure digital and paper participant files are well-organized and compliant with agency and funder requirements. This requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Collaboration: Work closely with program staff to enhance communication and consistency in service delivery. This includes being able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and concisely, and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
