**The Role**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via phone and ticket support. You will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

* Escalating complex issues to senior support agents or subject matter experts as needed

**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment

* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience working with diverse customer bases and cultures
