**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in shaping our customer support policies and procedures. You'll be responsible for managing customer queries via email and support tickets, moderating social media comments, resolving order-related problems, and addressing complaints on various platforms. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in providing top-notch support to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High English proficiency
* Native or near-native fluency in Dutch and French
