**Job Summary**
As a Customer Success Sales Account Manager, you'll lead your customers to achieve the full value of their arenaflex investments by helping them identify additional Customer Success and Professional services. You'll work closely with top talented consultants, delivery leads, and architects to ensure the optimization of your customers' investments and increase profitable revenue for arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Act as the main point of contact for your customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Partner with sales team members to build an effective pipeline and execute each phase of the Value Selling process.
* Work towards planning and exceeding customer success sales targets by coordinating all sales team members.
* Act as a BMC brand ambassador, both internally and externally, and build trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
