We're now seeking a seasoned Customer Success Associate to join our Accounting Partners team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities and devising innovative strategies to elevate our customer service within the accounting ecosystem. If you're passionate about building strong relationships with accounting professionals and have a deep understanding of the accounting industry, we'd love to hear from you. **What You'll Do:** As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small to mid-sized businesses referred by our Accounting Partner network. Your primary focus will be on reducing churn, uncovering revenue opportunities, and ensuring customer success. You'll engage with customers to understand their challenges and facilitate their success by leveraging arenaflex's Working Capital, Inventory Suite, and Bill Pay Solutions. Your expertise will also be utilized to integrate with accounting software like QuickBooks and NetSuite. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Managing a portfolio of SMBs referred by our Accounting Partner network * Listening to customer needs and problem-solving to facilitate their success * Facilitating regular customer engagement through quarterly business reviews, credit meetings, and product feedback sessions * Proactively engaging with customers to monitor and support their business objectives, achievements, and significant milestones * Collecting and providing competitive insights to product and engineering teams * Staying updated on product knowledge and maintaining expertise on the latest features, products, and best practices across our suite of offerings * Collaborating with the Credit team to effectively manage our existing working capital portfolio * Working closely with Sales counterparts to ensure a smooth transition for customers * Recording customer interactions and maintaining comprehensive records within Salesforce * Being a connector, matching customers to opportunities with internal stakeholders from partnerships, marketing, products, and more **What You'll Need:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in fintech, fintech w/credit products, bill pay, and/or inventory management * A startup mentality, with the ability to be resourceful and thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments * A customer-first mindset, with a demonstrated commitment to exceeding expectations and consistently going the extra mile to advocate for customers * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ensure seamless interactions with customers and internal teams * Problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain level-headed when resolving challenging customer situations and escalated issues * Team player skills, with the ability to excel in a team environment and support members of the wider customer success, support, and business operations teams * Cross-functional skills, with the ability to partner with stakeholders in Operations, Data, Sales, Credit, Engineering, Legal, and Capital Markets * Data and reporting skills, with the ability to create reports and consolidate data to provide customers or internal stakeholders * Proficiency with Salesforce and other CS-related software, such as Notion, Chorus, Intercom, and/or Metabase * Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and NetSuite and Inventory Management Software is preferred **Nice to Have:** * Experience working with accountants, CPA firms, or within the accounting industry (big PLUS) * Located in San Francisco, Los Angeles (preferred), or New York City **Compensation and Benefits:** This role offers an annual salary range with OTE of $86,000-$110,000 + equity + benefits.
