We're committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, where every team member has the opportunity to grow and thrive. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service/Case Processor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Interacting with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, providing prompt and courteous responses to their inquiries and concerns * Logging detailed notes into our company software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions * Making daily inbound and outbound calls to customers, resolving issues, and providing updates on their cases * Maintaining electronic customer records, including contact details, issues, and resolutions * Updating billing information and ensuring accurate and timely payments * Analyzing progress and setting goals to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty * Participating in regular staff meetings, trainings, and reporting on any customer issues or concerns * Assisting team members when needed, providing support and guidance to ensure seamless service delivery * Resolving complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner, using effective conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues within a timely manner (average response time: 2 hours) * Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 95% or higher * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, with a 99% accuracy rate * Meet or exceed daily call targets, with a minimum of 20 calls per day * Participate in regular training and development programs, with a minimum of 2 hours of training per month **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to work in an office environment (this is not a remote position) * Ability to comfortably sit for long periods of time * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members * Computer proficiency, with experience using software applications and tools * Problem-solving ability, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions * Ability to resolve conflict and de-escalate customer issues, using effective communication and negotiation techniques * Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on prioritization and time management * Bilingual (Spanish and Russian required) **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience * Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Additional language skills, such as English, French, or other languages **Work Environment and Culture** * arenaflex is an equal opportunities employer, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment * We offer a dynamic and supportive team culture, with opportunities for growth and development * Our office is located in a convenient and accessible location, with easy access to public transportation * We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including dental insurance, health insurance, on-the-job training, paid time off, and vision insurance **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour * Full-time position, with 40 hours of work per week * 8-hour shift, with a day shift schedule * Opportunities for career growth and advancement, with a focus on professional development and training * Comprehensive benefits package, including dental insurance, health insurance, on-the-job training, paid time off, and vision insurance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you!
