**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth. **Responsibilities**

* Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service

* Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
* Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
* Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual is preferred but not required
