arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a Work From Home capacity. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support experiences through phone, chat, and/or email. Essential Qualifications

- Ability to work in a high-energy environment, comfortable with multi-tasking and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable for this role:
- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g. CRM, ticketing systems).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
