**The Job**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing resolutions to our customers' questions and concerns through inbound calls, emails, and texts. You'll utilize our internal systems, including AS400 / SAP / Web / Salesforce.com, to provide exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues
* Utilizing internal systems to access customer, product, and shipment information
* Handling complaint resolutions with empathy and professionalism
* Interpreting customer, product, and shipment information quickly and accurately
* Accepting and implementing coaching feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals
* Representing arenaflex professionally and courteously through quality phone conversations and written correspondence
