**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional support. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound customer calls to resolve issues, requests, and questions
* Providing exceptional customer service and sales support experiences
* Using state-of-the-art contact center software to provide accurate, valid, and complete information
* Precisely following call handling instructions to meet quality assurance standards
* Handling multimedia customer interactions in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner
* Establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
* Proven customer service and support experience (at least one year preferred)
* Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer skills and typing proficiency
* High school diploma or equivalent experience
* Reliable cell phone for VPN connection
