**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries. You'll be responsible for answering client calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
* Upsell products or services as needed to meet customer needs and increase revenue
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
