**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Customer Service Representative - Remote, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Input Sales Orders Daily**: You'll be responsible for inputting sales orders daily with a focus on accuracy, ensuring no more than 2 errors per month.
* **Set Up and Maintain Standing Orders**: You'll set up and maintain standing orders for customers, including holds, releases, and additions.
* **Process Exceptions**: You'll process exceptions and handle related tasks such as creating credit memos and filing freight claims.
* **Attend Scheduled Meetings**: You'll attend scheduled meetings and maintain a strong presence in the workplace.
* **Provide Excellent Customer Service**: You'll provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
**What is Required (Qualifications)**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum of 2 Years of Experience**: You'll need a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment.
* **High School Diploma**: A high school diploma is preferred, but not required.
