**About the Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in connecting our members with the care and resources they need. You'll be responsible for scheduling in-home visits with physicians or nurse practitioners, answering inbound calls from members, and ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolved any scheduling issues or concerns. This is a high-volume, customer service environment that requires efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness when dealing with our members over the phone. You'll also need to be flexible and work a schedule that includes evening hours.

**Job Details**
* **Full-time**: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
* **Flexible Schedule**: Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00 AM-5:30 PM local time
* **Overtime**: May be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends
* **Training**: 8 weeks of paid training, conducted virtually from your home
* **Remote Work**: Ability to work remotely from your home, with flexibility to work in EST or CST time zones
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Schedule in-home visits with physicians or nurse practitioners
* Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries
* Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns
**Required Qualifications**
* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* 1 year of work experience
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook (create/edit/save/send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
* Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00 AM-5:30 PM local time from Monday-Friday
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the healthcare industry
* Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare
* Experience working in a customer retention-focused role
**Telecommuting Requirements**
* Reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zone
* Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
* Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
* Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
* Ability to connect directly into internet via hard wire (either directly to modem or router)
**Soft Skills**
* Ability to type and talk at the same time while navigating through multiple screens
* Experience working in a metric-driven work environment
* Experience using an auto-dialer system
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Hourly range: $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment
