**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging directly with customers to resolve their queries, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive experience
* Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-ups as needed
* Operating with empathy, active listening, patience, and kindness to customers and team members alike
* Collaborating with teammates, managers, and other stakeholders using virtual collaboration tools to contribute to a customer-centric culture
* Adapting to change with the business needs of the company and being flexible with your schedule and work hours
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment
* Ability to multitask, maintain a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes
* Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information to help support customers
* Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company and be flexible with your schedule and work hours
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to pass a background check
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
* A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor and minimal distractions
* A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed / 10 Mbps+ upload speed)
