Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers who have placed an order through our exchange. You will be taking calls and responding to emails on a broad range of event and order-related questions, working to ensure that we are providing exceptional service to both our sellers and our customers. This is a full-time position, working nights and weekends, and you will be an integral part of our team, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities - Manage transactions and relationships with sellers and customers, responding to a wide range of event and order-related questions via phone and email - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner - Proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems, using critical thinking and industry knowledge - Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively - Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues and determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance - Manage in-bound seller calls, monitoring open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers Role Progression and Expectations As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your role expectations will progress over time, with key milestones at 30, 60, and 90 days. In the first 30 days, you will complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about how arenaflex operates and the live event industry. You will learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you will contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. You will also gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems. At 60 days, you will investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. You will handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues and determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance. At 90 days, you will play an active role in continued learning, advancing your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. You will manage in-bound seller calls, monitoring open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
