Job Summary We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Medicare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
