We're committed to sustainability and driving success for our customers, our business, and ourselves. **Your Role** As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for: * Professionally and quickly responding to inquiries and developing a positive working relationship with customers, operations, and vendors * Researching, resolving, and responding to customer and log service issues within a specified time period * Maintaining and actively communicating current knowledge of the state of various travel industries supported (air, car, hotel, etc.) * Using industry and system knowledge to find the root cause of an issue, explore, and find alternatives to advise/educate the customer **About You** We're looking for someone with: * Extensive knowledge within the corporate travel industry * Proficiency in GDS Amadeus * Experience with online support – online booking tools (navigation, technical troubleshooting), i.e., Concur * Demonstrated problem-solving skills * Excellent customer service skills * Understanding of ARC rules and regulations * A positive customer service attitude * Availability to work hours of operation: 7am-7pm CT **About Our Culture** At arenaflex, we value our employees and strive to create a dynamic, inclusive, and authentic workplace.
