**Job Description**
We are seeking enthusiastic and people-oriented individuals to join our remote team in supporting customers of a global giant in the streaming media and entertainment industry. As a Customer Service Representative for Streaming Services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Your passion for streaming and your ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve will make you an asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to streaming services
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of streaming services and their features
* Utilize CRM applications to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
* Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
* Experience with streaming to include basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
* Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Technical support experience
* Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
* Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
* Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
