**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering platform. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
