Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. **Responsibilities** * Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials.
