**The Role**
As an Amazon Customer Care Center representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
**Responsibilities**
* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. Guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
* Address post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and provide efficient solutions.
* Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve customer concerns related to domestic and international shipping.
* Work effectively in a dynamic, multitasking environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet productivity and quality standards.
**Requirements**
* High school graduation or equivalent; two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.
* Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders.
* Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs.
* Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
* Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
* A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service.
* Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian.
