**Job Description:**
Key Responsibilities:
- Data/Order entry, process orders, process returns, process credits, process truck claims.
- Assist customers with pricing, inventory, and order status
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
