**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Consultant for the arenaflex Answer Team, you'll serve as a single point of contact for client service requests in a call center environment. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to a variety of client service requests and issues, which may include inquiries related to enrollment, billing, commissions, technical support, and group administration. You'll be expected to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial communication from the client.

**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
* Prior call center experience is required.
* Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies preferred.
* Capability to develop technical acumen.
* Strong client-facing orientation is essential.
* Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills are required.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills are necessary.
* Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
