**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inbound phone calls and providing exceptional customer service
* Assisting customers with their questions and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Recognizing and following call flows with scripts, and using problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
* Researching and reviewing information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers
* Identifying and escalating appropriate issues to management, and documenting call information and encounters in call logs
* Maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to scheduled tasks and deadlines
* Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving
* Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
* Data entry experience, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Listening, verbal, and written communication experience, with a strong focus on customer service
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a virtual environment, with a strong focus on remote work and communication
* Experience meeting key metrics, including average call handle times, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction scores
* Experience working with multiple monitors, with a strong focus on multitasking and prioritization
* Former transaction processing experience, with a strong focus on data entry and accuracy
**Work Environment**
As a remote customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with a quiet and private workspace. You will be required to connect to a modem/router with a provided Ethernet cord, and have internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the internet. You will also be required to reside and work at the address provided, with no coffee shops, friend's houses, or other non-approved locations.
