As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. You'll work in a designated retail location, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders, and connecting personally with our customers to uplift their lives. **Key Responsibilities**
Some of your key duties may include:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
* Using technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing of customer orders
**Physical Demands**
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including:
* Lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Going up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Being available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
