As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's focused on delivering exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of cargo, baggage, and mail. Your daily tasks will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related risks. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to the customer's destination. * Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations and resolving any issues that may arise. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Customer Service Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced airport environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight.
