**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Banker at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Educating customers on consumer deposit products and identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process
* Proactively identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership with customers
* Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
* A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
* Cash handling skills
