About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Element Driver Support team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering value to our clients and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients and drivers who communicate with our contact center through phone, email, or chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing service to customers via telephone, chat, and email regarding first-level Web Support, Fuel Card, Vehicle Ordering, Title & Registration/Licensing, Toll Management, Insurance Cards, and Remarketing inquiries.
- Handling calls in an efficient manner, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues.
- Striving for first call resolution.
- Exhibiting applicable empathy during interactions to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Assessing customer needs, clarifying information, researching any issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
- Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Working effectively in a team environment and providing back-up support for administrative tasks when needed.
- Regularly attending work during scheduled shifts.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year(s) customer service work experience required, contact center experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Considers and appropriately incorporates perspectives from others.
- Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Telecommuting Requirements:
