Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat * Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication * Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools * Updating, revising, and expanding upon existing customer support documentation * Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs **Working at Arenaflex** As a remote team, we're all over the Western hemisphere, and we're looking for someone who's comfortable working in a virtual environment.
