**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your duties will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling if required
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* Have 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* Be over 18 years of age
* Be able to type 25 wpm
* Have a High School Graduate or GED
* Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
* Possess proven oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills
* Be able to navigate Windows operating systems
* Possess organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success in this role, you will need to meet the following work from home requirements:
* Internet Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
+ Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
* Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace
