**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (Spanish) customer support specialist to join our call center team in Woodridge, IL. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our clients. **Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish), your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling 50-60 inbound calls per day for multiple lines of service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
* Maintaining and retaining existing customers through proactive communication, issue resolution, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
* Assisting with data entry, reports, and other assignments to support our sales team
* Following procedures for technical issues, multiple requests, safety, and environmental concerns
* Creating work order requests and emailing proper groups based on priority issues
* Occasionally making outbound calls on leads, creating appointments for sales, and following up on priority customer service concerns
* Performing other duties as assigned by management

**What We're Looking For**

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful situations
* High energy level and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment
* Punctuality and a strong work ethic
* At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting (inside sales experience a plus)
* Ability to lift 25lbs
