**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing questions and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also be required to input order information into our client order screen, document conversations with clients, and ensure all assigned clients have an order on file. This is a fully remote position, and you must be located in Idaho, Nevada, Texas, or Utah to be considered.
**Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders
* Address questions and provide exceptional customer service to our clients
* Input order information into the client order screen
* Document all conversations with clients into the client information database
* Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
* Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
* Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Requirements**
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
* High school degree or GED
* 1 year of previous customer service experience
* Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
* Clear oral communication skills
* Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
* Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
* Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port. Broadband internet wired to the home is required - Cable Modem/service or Fiber Optic. No Satellite, 4/5G, or DSL circuits
* Must have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of previous call center experience
* Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
* Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
**Physical Requirements**
* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
* Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
* Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
